Some responses have no voices altough the characters are moving their lips, and the subtitles disappear beofre I can read it.
Are my setups wrong, or is it a bug?

Try changing the hardware acceleration setting under your Sound in your Control Panel. Or check the settings on the controls for your specific audio card.
