Cannot get ahold of the Exchange

Currently my characters are on Nar Shaddaa. I defeated the Red Ecplise gang, then I left the planet before completing the quest for the Jedi Master. Now that I have travelled back I cannot get ahold of the Exchange to finish off the planet. Any help or tips would be much appreciated.

A simple search with the parameters ''Nar Shadaa Exchange" came up with [url="http://www.gamebanshee.com/forums/showthread.php?t=70274"]this[/url].

I guess he could do what the original poster of that thread did and just wander round Naa Shaddaa in circles for a while, hoping to trigger something and/or completing any other quests to get more attention.

My own experience tells me that just because you've triggered the Red Eclipse doesn't always mean that you've got the full amount of attention; you can, by a bug, trigger the Eclipse without having the attention. So trying some more attention-seeking might be the answer.

you can also pay the little squeaky guy outside the bar to get him to change the exchange's opinion of you
