Shadows of Undrentide

Hi, my character is Socessor/Red dragon Deciple (I carried my character from the Neverwinter Night). I am in the Arcana's Chamber and nowhere to go. A short clip showed me the Dead Wind being taken into a shadow and into a portal. What do I do now???? Thanks.

this site has an excellent walkthrough that would probably be able to answer your question. if i remember correctly, you have to find the shadow door and then activate it/use it (it is in your inventory once you have picked it up). this then opens the door to the next bit.
