Does anyone know of any FREE software that converts FLAC files to MP3s or WAVs, even indirectly?

EDIT: Now using dBpowerAMP converter with FLAC codec. It works well, although even at 320kbs the converted MP3 is still slightly - and, I assure you, imperceptibly - worse than the original file. Not sure if it is completely free or if the function is limited to the 30-day trial.
