This is a stupid question, but I'd really like to be able to use the Icewind Dale portraits with BGII. Problem is, I'm not intelligent enough to figure out how to extract the portraits and import them into BGII. Has anyone done this before, and if so, how?
Thanks,
Dio

All you need is the biff extractor from Team BG www.teambg.com and put the downloaded file into the data part of heart of winter and extract the portraits and place them into the portrait section of BG2, either that or download them from a web site

As for the Biffstripper utility, you can find it here.Originally posted by RA:

If you want the Icewind Dale portraits go here
To install them, make a directory named "portraits" inside the game's main directory and put the portraits there.
Then, to change your portrait, go into the game, and modify it.
I think there is some info about this in the readme file also.
