Teleporter doesn’t work

Help !! Teleporter doesn’t work

I’m in the Naga Temple Relic Area but I can’t leave it. I have obtained the “eye of the sigil” when I killed the Naga queen, the I have obtained the relic item “Robes of Regeneration” then I went to the sigil of the serpent, I just put the eye of the sigil on the sigil of the serpent on the wall, then the teleporter starts active then I step on the teleporter but nothing append. Can you help me; is there a bug or something?

Only thing I can see is try again with an earlier save game.

Obviously something went wrong since you did what had to be done!

(If something got corrupted in memory then after rebooting it should work)

teleportes still doesn't works

No way, I have tried playing with an earlier saved game. I have done all the way for obtain the again the gas mask, then I went to the teleporter located in the naga temple east, when I put the “eye of the sigil” on the “sigil of the serpent on the wall”, then the teleporter starts active and when I step on I immediately went transported to the Naga Temple Relic Area. I killed the Naga queen and I have obtained the “eye of the sigil” then I went to the “sigil of the serpent” to see if the transporter works, I just put the eye of the sigil on the sigil of the serpent on the wall, then the teleporter starts active, then I step on the teleporter but nothing append. It doesn’t works.
I also reboot the computer as suggested but the result is the same, I can’t return to the naga temple east.
Is there any idea or the only way is to stop playing the game?

research the walkthrough for the area you're in.

Also, I don't know how often you check for errors / Defrag. your 'puter. You might try this.
