To my knowledge... no. Obviously you can skip all of the sidequests if you so choose, but you can't just leap forward in the game. If you do cheat though (as in give yourself 99 for all stats or something ridiculous like that) it goes pretty quick. Just pick up Mission and Zaalbar, get into the Vulkar base (you should be able to pick the lock on the front door, I think), get Bas and Canderous and get off the planet.
You can make it fairly quick and painless, but you still have to do it.

No, there is not. At least not any I have ever seen or heard of. There are series of cutscenes that would be both on Taris and on Dantooine, and besides that, the choices you make on Taris, LS or DS, help someone or not, all change the future of your game.

Actualy, there is only 1 area which is skibable, its The Endar Spire. You'll start there but, someone will come & get you out of there, he'll bring you directly to the Taris's HideOut...

The only other option is to use the warp cheat codes, which you can only use to warp from place to place in an area, but not from planete to planet.

Thers is a mini-game disabler(its skip the mini-game) for the Turrett space battle. You won't get across any ship.

There is a easy mini-game mod for the swoop race(You will won everytime so its like you'll skip it). What it does is it place the tracks layout into a straight path, for each race.

Last but not lest, 2 Romances Mod, which will skip the entire process of getting the Romances started, he he he. Choose the one that suits you better.

So, in terms of skibable things in Kotor, your all equiped now ;)

You were able to get up to the Unknown World in three days? You must have only been sticking to the main quest... Either that, or you were playing for three days straight.

Believe me, it took me more than three days to get up to the Unknown World.

To the cheat question, I have no answer for you. Maybe if you have it on PC, you could try and search a round for such a patch. But if you have it on XBOX I don't think there is a way to find a cheat to skip a WHOLE planet and quests.
