This is another game I have seen elsewhere and I thought you might like. It is based on the idea you should be careful what you wish for. The first person makes a wish; the second grants it but shows the downside; then the second person makes a wish of his/her own. For example

I wish I could meet Magrus

Granted. You meet him in a bar where they play country music. He is not happy because he feels his brain is being strangled by chicken wire. You are drunk and do not get out of his way in the 15 seconds he considers reasonable. So he tips you over and you are crushed and trampled in the ensuing melee. You spend the next 6 months in traction.

Your wish is granted. You remain a student for the rest of your life. Sadly this means that you have no companions of your own age in later life. As you have never earned any money the young women you are in contact with will not consider you as a sugar daddy. Neither will anyone listen to a word you say because you are a student.You die, lonely and embittered, but very well educated. Pity it all went to waste

Is this with wings, or magical flying? Oh well, I'll just do both.

Wings: You gain leathery wings, like that of a bat, you are considered a Demon and forced to live on the outskits of towns scavanging for food.

Magical flying(no wings): Your fling high above the city having a good time when it cuts out, dropping you onto a spire. You get the picture.

I wish to be a multi-billionare.

One day you win the lottery and become a millionaire. In less than a day an army of papparazzis and journalists gather around your home, taking pictures of your family, your <insert best car type here> you have just bought, pestering your for information about your private life. Next day you are in the papers as the main character of far-fetched lies... Your mailbox is flooded with begging mails (donate for this, save that, invest in this, have compassion on that etc). so you have to move to a new place.
Your gf leaves you because she wants a quite life and she thinks that you have become too self-satisfied with all the money on your hands.

I wish I didn't have to wear contact lenses.
(Now I'm really curious what's the downside of that!)

Shazam your wish is granted. You are suddenly endowed with superpowers and you shoot laser beams from your eyes. The contact lenses melt and blind you. You have no control over your power and being blind you die in the house fire which ensues.

I wish I had a garden

You have a garden. Everything goes fine for a few months. you realize that your visitors to the garden have been vanishing, and upon closer inspection, your garden has turned into a Person eatting bunch of plants, and you too are to are feed to the young plants.

Granted. You get every good CRPG for free the moment it is released. The reason for this is you have been sold into slavery and you master requires you to play these games 20 hours a day, every day. He varies the conditions you play in to see the effect of extreme cold, heat etc on your strategy and reaction time. He performs odd surgical experiments on you adding and subtracting limbs at will. Eventually you die of his curiosity.

I wish Demortis became a peaceful and helpful person, with no interest in destruction
