I started playing HtH character because I never did it before. This is my char so far, so tell me your opinions:

Level - 12
Traits - Gifted,One Hander
Perks - Awareness, Bonus HtH Damage(2), Action Boy
Hit Points - 104
AC - 23
AP - 10
Melee Damage - 6
Critical Chance - 6%
Damage Resistance - 39%

SKILLS:
Taged skills - Unarmed(118%), Melee Weapons(102%), Speech(102%)
Good skill - Sneak(101%)

I am playing Survivor mod, but its not very different from original.
I am only using Brass knuckles and punch/kick so far.
As for ranged weapons I will only use thrown weapons(throwing).
I got Sulik and Cassidy with me.
I took One Hander trait because I heard that it has advantages for unarmed characters. Is it true?
You're not a hero -- you're just a walking corpse.

First, about the One Hander:
I'm not but since the description says that it helps with one-handed weapons, I believe it also includes melee weapons.

And then, back to your char.
You said you are using throwing weapons also?
What's your throw -skill?

Again, my apogolizes of the triple post :o

And, back to topic:
First, I didn't notice that you had posted those perks, seems like those slipped past :o

okay, the following contains some minor spoilers and hints. You have been warned ;)

First, I think the rating in speech you currently have is enough for completing the game. So, I would suggest that you don't improve that anymore, but isntead put some points to sneak, melee and throwing skills.
Also, you should select some sneak perks, at least the one which allow you to use sneak while running. Very handy.

Also, I would suggest that you concentrate more to melee skill, since some NPCs are easier to kill with melee weapons than unarmed. But it's possible with unarmed too, IMO just harder.

Sneaking is very handy to maximize, that way you can sneak easier close to NPC, making you able to do the first strike. Also, if you decide to try to avoid combat, high sneak helps this.

Also, it's almost mandatory to select Slayer perk when/if you are able.

One hander adds +3 damage to unarmed attacks and +3 damage to attacks with one handed guns, but for some unknown reason, it doesn't seem to add a damage bonus to knives and other one-handed melee weapons.

I built a melee character around the idea of getting the most non-critical damage possible, and I was very sad that One Hander didn't seem to add to his damage at all, in any stage of the game.

That's strange
And no, I haven't tested it myself, but I believe you ;)
But since Fallout 2 suffers (still) from many larger bugs, I woulnd't be suprised that this is too somekind of bug...

Good choice to tag Throwing :)
I'm not sure how much you need First Aid skill, since Doctor skill is muc more effficient, and there is lots o Stimpaks and S. Stimpaks around. But those points can also be spent much worse. So not so bad choice, but IMO not as useful skill as it could be...
