anyone no what savegame thumbnail[0][0] error means?

my brother played dungeon lords earlyer today and now every time i try to play it, the screen goes black and then after about 30 secs it says in the upper right corner: Savegame thumbnail[0][0] error. can some1 plz tell me how to fix the problem or atleast give me a bit of info about it.

correction. it says savegame thumbnail[0][0] dimension error
