Please help! What I haw to do with Watruggs Eye? And What needs to do after Shadow Ruins?

If you have found 4 relics then you need to place them in Talandor. After that you will be able to return Vartugg's eye and progress on to the fifth relic. If you haven't found 4 relics then you must find them and return them to Talendor before Vartugg returns from business trip. D
