Battle at Myth Lyathar (Spoiler)

I've started a new char and I am at the point at which the battle for the drow city begins. And when I reach the point at which the Valsharess's forces arrive the game breaks down. Is this a bug, a virus or is my computer simply overloaded?

It may be a problem with the cut-scene, or any of the problems you described. Usual advice - download latest patch or load an older save game such as the Autosave

With my other chars it worked. It's some new thing. (With this char it worked the first time, but I died and had to reload).
