Getting to Training Grounds??

How do I unlock the door for the room in Prison lvl1 that has the stairs to the Training Grounds & Prison level2? ....thanks in advance for the help!

You have to fall down through the floor in the arena first. Then you'll be able to unlock the door later once you've made your way back up.
