How many do you have? I know I'm missing like 9 of them, and I meant to ask someone, too. Knowing this game, they probably were all cut.

No, they weren't cut. Most are varieties on the Koonda battle, depending on a couple of factors, like whether you placed mines and how many people you recruited and such.

This is kinda a spoiler.

When you emerge from the Kinrath cave after finding Vrook, you run into the merc leader. He wants your help in taking the camp. When you return to Khoonda, you hear from the administrator and whatever the lead militia guy's name is about an impending attack. At that point, you can ask the guy what you can do around Khoonda to strengthen its defenses. Adding to the minefield (which was really badly placed strategically), fixing the turrets, healing the men in the medbay, fixing the droids, fixing the stuck door, and recruiting people into the militia are some of the things you can do around camp. Akkere can be recruited, but you're most successful at this (I haven't tried it any other way) if you fix the droids first and find his tool, and confront him about it. Also, the guy you help get his vaporators back, if you ask him, he'll join the militia. If you let the guy who sold him his faulty vaporators back live, you can talk to him about joining the militia.
I can't think of anyone else, but it may be in the walkthrough.

The last recruitable NPC is Dillan, the woman who greets you when you first arrive, then goes to hang out by the entrance to Khoonda.

Three of the movies out of the 65 are the LucasArts, Obsidian and Legal bits that play when the game is loading (and will never appear in the list of unlocked movies).

One of the movies is a variation of the bad guys getting blown up by mines on the bridge (more explosions, more baddies killed) that appears not to be unlockable in the game.

During the battle for Khoonda, there is one movie for the guns firing at the bad guys (LS) and one for them blowing up (DS). There is one movie for the bad guys getting blown up on the bridge (LS) and one for them crossing unharmed (DS).

At the end of the game there is one for Malachor being destroyed (LS) and one not (DS).

Playing through as only one one LS/DS path means you should see 65 - 3 (intro movies) - 3 (other alignment movies) - 1 (unlockable movie) or 58. Although to be fair, you can see the mercenaries cross the bridge on the LS path if you didn't set the mines properly...

Of course, you could just download the Bink movie player from Rad Game Tools, and go exploring in C:\Program Files\LucasArts\SWKotOR2\Movies

I've sabotaged those turrets before, but all they ever did was fire on the mercs. And I knew I was forgetting someone in recruitment.

Is this an appropriate moment for an evil chuckle? Sorry :D

The Bink player can play video files with the .bik extention (like the files in C:\Program Files\LucasArts\SWKotOR2\Movies). It automatically associates itself with the extension, so you just have to double click a file from windows explorer to play it.

It is a small, perfectly formed and very useful tool, as many games old and new use this format (Painkiller, Raven Shield, Halo, Alien Vs Predator 2, Thief 3/DS and that's just a few hits from searching on my C drive)...

So far I can think of 4 people that can be recrouted into the militia. Naturally, the only name I can remember is Akkere's. But I can tell you who they are... (SPOILERS)

1. The guy you gave the moisture evaporators back to. He'll be happy to help.

2. The girl with whom you initially speak to upon your arrival to Dantooine (that notices your lightsaber)

3. Akkere- After youve returned his hydrospanner (not sure about before) Also dont know what conditions might make him agree/ disagree
4. The Guy from the Ruins you saved that you got the evaporator parts FROM. Not sure what is necessary for him to agree/ disagree, my guess is being basically decent to him will get him to agree.
