I am having a slight problem that might lead to a computer thrown out the window soon.
I made it to Luther Black, said I would kill him, but the door leading to the switches is locked and will not open.
Is there another switch I need to open up that door? I read somewhere the shackles were quest items, and didn't need to be picked up, and I hope that is true, for there is no way to get back.

Essentially, you need to switch 2 levers within a short period of time (just three or four seconds, I think). So, the easiest way to do this is to position one person in the party by one switch, and yourself by another. Then flip between views to switch them. Probably celerity and a bit of luck would do the trick, as well. But anyway, there's two levers in that attic area you'll need to work with. Once you do that, Luther should be bathing in the sunlight.
