I beat it my second time around, but the entire time I got like 8-10 gold charms the ENTIRE time. I had enough stuff to put me over 100% fire resistance, but there weren't nearly enough gold charms to fill the spaces I had. Now I have TONS of money I was going to spend on charms, and no charms to spend them on. (I plan on starting over but importing my equipment, it's some great stuff.)

Really? Just 8-10 gold charms? I guess that's the luck of the draw in this game, where items are heavily randomized.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.
