Is there a way to add HK-47 to my party if he isn't fully repaired?

It would only be funny for like five minutes.((Disregaurding the fact this droid should have NO body)) If you have alot of gold fly to all the planets other then Onderon since you get stuck there and buy the parts.. net cost is about 2200 1k for chassie and like 500 and 700 for those other two that arn't free. Though on Narwhatever there is a free drop there.. I forget what one.

I don't think i had to buy a single component for HK, I went from Peragus to Telos then straight to Nar Shaddarr and pretty much by the end of that planet had all the components collected just by defeating the HK50's.

But what can you do with the other components you find for it?

I was able to buy all of the parts for HK other than the chassis. Even had a couple extra pieces that were left over from defeating the HK50s. The driod repair guy on Dantoonie had a part, the black market dealer on Citadel Station and the last part I got on Nar Shaadra..

I got all of the items (Peragus, Telos, Nar Shaddaa) for HK from killing the HK droids except one item that I got off of one of the merchants in Nar Shaddaa. Then after HK was fully restored, I saw one of his parts on a merchant on Dantooine. So yeah, if you go to all the planets right away, I'm sure that you can check merchants and find all the parts, I suggest just killing the HKs and get the pieces.
