Help Please Help!!!

Hi I'm stuck on IWD Severed Hand 3. I've got the Walkthrough but no matter what I do I can't get up to Level 4. I've been up and down and slaughtered everything in sight. Please help me!! Could you e-mail me any solutions. Cheers.

This is kind of confusing b/c the whole territory of a level cannot be accessed at once. Eg. you'll have to acces the back of lvl 1&2 from lvl 3's mechanical device... Look at the picture here carefully and you'll see where you should come up. Hope that helps.
