I lost an NPC!

So I encountered the REAL Stillwater Giant, and I had one of my NPCs wait a little ways away so that I could attack the 'innocent' bunny without pissing her off. I killed it, and then left, but forgot to pick her back up!

I could go back to an old save, but i've done a fair amount of stuff since then. Is there any other way to get her back? it didn't happen at a marked area on my map, so i don't know where it was exactly. Does anyone know if the encounter with the giant would happen at the same coordinates every time?

The Stillwater Giant is a random event that seems to happen sometime before you head towards Quintarra or something.

Npc

Look where you picked her up originally. It will take her sometime to get back, a few days at least.
