where are the three pentagrams?

At catacomb level 1, I cannot find the place to put three magic orbs.

I can only find two pentagrams from my automap. where is the third pentagram? How did you manage to go to second level?

All three pentagrams are in the same place. Maybe one's just hard to see?

Perhaps you're not in the right room. There are single pentagrams on the floor of some areas that are more for ambiance than anything else.

I made the same mistake, I found the pentagrams and remembered one from earlier in the level, so I went back - one big difference is that when placed on a 'correct' one they levitate.
