Toolset manual

Does anybody know about a good manual for the toolset that is easy for a newbie to follow and understand.

The part in the handbook doesn't begin to cover my needs.

I'm pretty sure BioWare has some information and a tutorial module on their web site (http://www.bioware.com). So poking around there would probably be rewarding.
