The Witch's Wake I and II

Is this module based on 3.0 editon rules or 3.5 editon rules?
I noticed that Paladin gets a item that gives them detect aura of evil, which you don't get in the original Nwn.

Since they are part of NWN 1, they are based on 3.0 rules. AFAIK the NWN engine is all 3rd Ed, not 3.5th Ed.

Is Witch Wake 2 out?? Last I looked development was halted, as the guy doing the modules had to work on other projects within Bioware...

At least Witch Wake part 1 and part 2 are out, but I'm not sure if that means Witch Wake I and II
