Has HotU been discontinued?

Has HotU been discontinued?

I live in South Africa and I've patiently been waiting for 4 months for a HotU expansion. Nobody in the country has any stock and cannot tell me if more are on the way. Does anybody out there know if it has been discontinued or is it just a matter of the backward country I live in! :confused:

Might be companies not stocking it, what with the Platinum edition on its way.
