leveling bug?

I'm in the mordon maze soloing as a warrior, when I lvl from 20 to 21 my number of attacts slow from 2 1/2 to 1. I'm not sure if this is a bug, I cant find any info on lvling so I dont know if something else got better and the number of attacts starts at 1 agine. but it doesnt make much since that the number of attact would slow when I lvl up.

Is this suposed to happen or is it a bug? if its a bug does anyone know how to fix it?

It's prevented by the official patch.

I always save before I lvl up out of habbit

even after it becomes pointless. I thought I had the patch in, forgot I reinstalled the game without the patch. thanks for the help

more confusion

I did the patch and it fixed the problem with the number of attacts but now the AC wont go below -10. before the patch I had -11, after the patch the same saved game is now -10, and nothing I can do seems to lower it anymore, not even the AC bonus from dex going up with the lvl. is AC suposed to stop at -10?

AC is not supposed to go below -10.
