I know you get the extra monk attacks when using a kama and can use flurry of blows... but what other unarmed feats/abilities also work i.e. stunning attack, circle kick etc. Also are kamas are the only weapon in NWN that a monk can use with the unarmed bonus attacks aren't they?

actualy kamas aren't only weapons. becouse of bug you can wield in offhand any light weapon - light hammers,maces,shortsword,small axes or daggers. 
as for other fits - they can`t be used with kamas. even for arrow deflection you need at least 1 hand free. but it worth!
Circle kick are very anoying feat,IMHO. char begins to jump like crazy all over around leaving enemies on Near Death.
As for stuning atacks,you can always remove kamas and try to stun.
