What is the difference between regeneration and vampiric regeneration? I know that vampiric regeneration is when you hit but is there any other difference?
Is vampiric regeneration for each hit or just one time pr. round?

As you state yourself, vampiric regeneration is when you strike with the weapon, whereas ordinary regeneration is "automatic".
Both is only "1 tick" per round as far as I remember, so even if you hit 4 times a round with vampiric regeneration, I belive you only get healed once for that round.
