Help!! Poison Water? How

I cant figure out how to taint the water in dragons eye. I know u need wiverns claws but how many do u stick in and all that?

in order for you to to be able to taint the water you need to make potions in the alchemy lab on lvl2 of dragons eye. These potions are easy to make provided you have enough wyvern tails (you encounter a group of them on lvl2). How to use the lab for the completion of these potions is detailed in a document you find in the same laboratory.
