Does she say anything after clearing out her Keep? (Should be something like she wants to continue with you in order to avoid a wedding.)

Any invitation to the funeral?

trigger it?
first you talk to Nalia (at C.C. but I'm sure you know already) and your map will be updated.
then you go to city gates.
then you go to the keep.
then you go and a rampage!! :D

the rest of her quest will come by it self. all you have to do is go to a funeral.

Go to the funeral and talk to a man named Isea Roenall. Otherwise, nothing will happen. I think...

Heh, and 60 of those came in the last 2 days. Truth be told I registered back then since I was stuck at a bit... Then I never came back for ages. But I'm here now :)
