That noble in the Tavern cursed her, and I'm requesting a spoiler for the quest. I went to the gov. district, and found a green/red/black mage, but I went through the dialogue too fast, and just paid him a 1000 to not show up when I find that Baron Ployer. Thing is, where do I find the Baron. I've checked East Side of the slums, but I'm not finding anything. Any help is appreciated.
