Ring of Wizardry

Where can I find Ring of Wizardry?
I know my apprenti can make it (Stronghold quest). But is it possible to find a ring some place?

From our very own site:
Ring of Wizardry (RING08)
Location(s)
Docks District (Harper Headquarters) - Loot from one of the harpers that attacks you when Jaheira brings you back
Planar Sphere - Created for you by your apprentices (if you own the stronghold)
Vicsun, I certainly agree with your assertion that you are an unpleasant person. ~Chanak

Yes

Yes it is possible to find one in the game. I don't remember where exactly, If nothing else just create one using the cheat codes for the game.

I just finished this quest today and believe that Lavok actually drops a ring of Actuity. :)

(In my opinion, a ring MUCH nicer than that of Wizardy. ;) )

Whichever one gives you more level 5 spells (Breach, Lower Resistance) is the better ring. ;) :p

Both rings use the same graphics and look exactly alike, so don't worry about it, Coot. :D

I really wish the Ring of Wizardy hadn't been changed from the original abilities in the first BG game (Doubles the number of first level spells the Wizard knows). Infinate Magic Missile! ;)

I always forget which tree it's buried under so I always have to take my sweet time finding the damn thing. :) Still, it's the best easter egg in all of BG1.

You can even get two of those in BG 1, one in a tree hole near the Friendly Arm and one from a mage in a house in Baldur's Gate. Give them both to Edwin and you have an unbelievable number of 1st level spells :D
