n00b question about getting into Luskan

Hi,

I have the two pieces of evidence to enter Luskan but the guards will not let me in. Do I have to give these to Aribeth? From outside Luskan, or Port Llast what is the fastest way to get back to Aribeth? Where is she?

All evidence needs to be given to Aribeth.

Aribeth is located in Port Llast, in the Mercenary Barracks.
