Girdle of Holy Might
Anyone know where I can find the "Girdle of Holy Might?"
Not all loot is randomized, however.
I'm not sure if this one is, I remember seeing it, but not when or where.
The odd, random chests, desk and such _usually_ holds randomized loot based on treasure scripts in the game, but not all. Treasure scrips are run based on the "level" of treasure to be found, which is why one finds high level random loot in the latter part of the game, and low level random loot in the beginning.
I'm not sure how much is randomized in regards of items however - but most (all?) named items and a part of weapons/items are not random.
I have found many of the same items at the same location, time after time with various classes.
Unfortunally - as said - I don't know where I found this girdle my last time through - but will keep a look out for it.

Thanks. (More box questions)
Thanks..I'll keep checking back. It looks like a cool item for my cleric.
I don't like that random treasure feature too much. I remember one time when I had to go back to one of my recent quick saves, (after screwing up a mission and taking on unwanted "evil points"), and when I went back, I lost some really cool items because the next random item in the boxes sucked!
Another thing: Are all locked/trapped boxes full of "something"?? Sometimes when my Elemental busts a box open before I can get him to stop, there ends up being nothing there. I always wonder if it was like a potion or something, and it got smashed. ??
To me, it seems like a glitch. When you bust open a box, it takes a second or two before the "Remains" show up, but sometimes that never happens. Is this a bug? Or are some boxes just empty. And if so, why the f*** are they locked?
Sometimes this game is retarded, I swear. I've gone through great lengths getting into a box, getting hit by a trap and almost losing my life, and then find out there's only like 5 f***ing gp in it!! WTF? Why would they put a major trap inside a box that ain't got jack in it?? >

Carefull with the language.
Not all chests holds something, but the vast majority does.
If you find a chest your are not sure if it should hold something, you can check it out in the toolset and see.
There are a couple of reasons why a chest could be empty, such as they simply forgot to place something in it - or that they are messeing with you. I also think there are some chests outthere that have more class specific treausre, so if you dosen't fit that class - you aren't getting any (one in chapter 1 springs to mind).

Excuse the ignorance, but I'm not familiar with the toolset whatsoever. I haven't really gotten into those parts of the program.
You don't have to get all into it. I'll do a little looking around and see what I can find...
