HotU Problems
I'm in level 2 in undermountain and i have inserted all the chains in the right colors. When i see the color pattern in the pool and pull the chains according to the colors nothing happens. What can I do to solve this problem? Everytime I pull a chain it says nothing happens at this time. I have the newest patch installed.
Someone please help me.

The color sequence consist of 6 colors that will be shown flashing above the pool, so my guess is that you have missed the right sequence(possible starting color) and therefore have pulled the wrong chain.
Try observing the colors displaying over the pool for a while, untill you know for sure what sequence of 6 the four colors needs to be activated in.
If you are 112% sure that you have pulled the chains in the right sequence of 6, then it does seem like you have a bug.
Unfortunally - I haven't heard of any bugs regarding this puzzle, so can't tell if there is a workaround.
So if you are sure - then contact Bioware giving all possible information about it.
