Henchmen quest question

I'm just wondering how you get the henchmen to talk to you. Right now I've done grimshaw's quest, got the mummy's hand and would like him to talk more, he's talked to me twice about his order so far.

I believe you can talk to your henchmen more once you gain a few levels.

That is correct.
The trigger for extra convesations is leveling. Also remember, that this "level counter" is universal. It triggers all the henchmen, not just the one in your party.

This means that if you have leveled 3 times with one henchmen in your group, you can drop him for a while, then after turn take all the others into group and talk to them.
That way you can complete all the henchmen quests in the chapters.

Well can anyone tell me how many I need to gain then? I think I've gained 3-4 since the beggining of the chapter 2 (currently 11) and I only get two parts of their stories.

I can't remember for sure how many it takes, but usually I think it should be 3 or 4 though, 5 would seem to high taking into account the level one usually reachs in the original NwN campaign.
So it sounds strange if you haven't gotten the convesation option yet.

Have you done the chapter 1 quests for the henchmen?

No, I didn't do any henchmen quests in chapt 1

Then that is most likely the reason.

I don't think you can do henchmen quest is chapters if you haven't done them in the previous chapter(s).
