My fav is definitely the Simulacrum and Quick Items combo. Some will say this isn't really a cheat, but it is in my book...and I love it!

Stand in some quiet corner of a big baddie's lair, equip nasty scrolls (Time Stop, Horrid Wilting) and a Control Circlet, cast Project Image, have the Image cast Wizard Eye and Simulacrum, have both clones summon stuff, then send the whole army off to do some damage.
