Undeleting?

Post by Vicsun »

In a bout of stupidity I managed to delete something I realized I still needed. Nothing important but I could save a day or two re-downloading it, if someone could tell me if a painless way to un-delete exists.

Danke.

Checked your recycle bin? :)

Unless you emptied that or did "shift-del".

Painless: yes. Cheap or free: not really, no.

If it's a zip file or MS Word doc, try downloading the trial of Ontrack DataRecovery. The trial allows you recover these files, otherwise the licensed product is around US$200.
