I haven't used my printer for some time, and when I tried the other week, it didn't print. It told me it was out of ink, but I put a new cartridge in and it still doesn't print. I've run the head cleaning utility about ten times, and it hasn't made any difference.
Advice please?

What type of printer is it? If it hasn't been used for a while it may have dried ink jamming the print head, so a visit to a service agent may be required. The other option is to just buy a new printer; many entry level inkjet printers are now cheaper than buying the ink cartridges for them!
