Heavy Armor - The Iron Skeleton

Having finished the HotU expansion with my first character, I've been browsing for the armor sets and weapons to look for that I may have missed in game.

This Link shows the heavy armor listing for NWN including the additions with both expansions. 'The Iron Skeleton' shows as a HotU add but I don't remember coming across it anywhere? Anyone able to clue me in? Judging from stats, I'm sure it's not laying out in the road somewhere.

the armor is in a box near the quarry boss, you can see the box by wearing the puzzle ring from the sleeping man.
