Getting into Luskan

Help!!
I am stuck on Chapter 2. I gave the 2 clues to Aribeth to enable me to get into Luskan but decided to finish the Werewolf quest first. When I came back to Aribeth she wanted the 2 clues again but she had already taken them. Arin Gend keeps suggesting that I look in cave, Neverwinter Woods again. What do I do now?

Is your game fully patched, and have you gotten all 3 cult journals?

Yes I am fully patched.
Yes I did have all 3 Journals. I used 2 to start with then I used the last one when I tried to get to Luskan again.

Problem solved.
I went walkabout and found a "STRANGER" in Charwood village. I thought that I had spoken / fought him before but he must have run away. Anyway I fought him this time and he came up with the goods.
