This is really weird

I'm on the werewolf Island and about to fight Kaishas Gan. As i approach she starts a short dialog. After that she turns into a werewolf and (this is really weird, and annoying) an other Kaishas Gan appears and starts the same dialog, and this happens again and again and again, ....

If you can help me with this problem, cause i really can't continue the game, i would really appreciate it

I used Gatekeep to relocate my party and I returned to Ulgoth's Beard. When I arrived there I had the same problem with .... (dunno his name). But I attached i picture for u all to see that I'm not kidding.

Can somebod plz help because I Cant continue to play.

PS: Everyone in my party turns in to werewolfs after a day or 2. Is that normal?

Hmm, this is indeed very weird.
Do you have all the latest patches?
Never seen this bug either so if that isn't the problem I can't help you.
