I have a Sorceror who has taken the Feats Magical Aptitude (+2 Spellcraft & Use Magic Device) as well as Skill Focus Use Magic Device (+3), and was wondering if they were supposed to stack or if I just wasted a Feat? (I'm planning on starting a new game after the patch anyways.)
Also I was wondering if anyone in the game sold Masterwork Thief Tools.
