Stuck on the hidden planet (spoilers)

Post by littlegreykitty »

OK, I'm surprised it happened since most of this game has FLOWN by and seemed relatively easy.

I'm on the hidden planet, and can't figure out where to go with the Elders quest. Talked to the One, and the loremaster, killed the invisible Mandalorians, exterminated many rancors, finally coaxed my xbox into letting me pick up the ship parts (wow, that only took 3 restarts!), fixed the ship...

Now what?? I keep bumping my nose into the force field at the temple, and then going back to the ummm Red Camp? and getting zapped by the electricity between the upright stones. This seems rather futile. Presumably I need to get a book from the Elders, but where and how???

So. I fear looking at walkthroughs, especially for this game. Anyone got a hint that won't totally give it away for me? Thanks ever so much!

okay, this may seem like a really "duh" kind of question, but you might have overlooked it.
When you went to the elder base with the electricity pylons, did you try to walk through the two in the middle that kind of stick out to form a gate? those are the only ones you're able to pass through, any place else and you'll get zapped. But unless I'm remembering wrong (someone correct me), you should be able to enter the "red" base without completing any missions first
I know you... A pace, a glance, a turn of the head, the flash of your throat as you breathe... -- they were all my spies!

thanks!

Yep, that was it, I think I'd fried myself on every bit of that fence except the right one... now I know what a moth in one of those bug zappers feels like!
