In my experience, drow die just as easily as any other creature in Myth Drannor. The problems: they're hard to hit, and their archers are deadly. The best weapons to use against them are those with high to-hit bonuses and the double-damage club. Make sure that you get in the face of any spellcasters or archers, so as to reduce their chances of long-range attacks.
I also like to use Searing Light (cleric spell) against them. If it hits, it hurts. And don't forget to power up with lots of protection spells and Divine Power (if you are absolutely sure that there is a fight coming up). The Flame Strike and Fireball spells sometimes soften them up.
Good luck!

I don't know anything about a third part to Pool of Radiance, sorry.
There was a part one many years ago -- it was great at the time, but does not compare to Ruins of Myth Drannor.
It is a stretch, but if you really want a cleric, Bronwyn in the second cellar (a L12 Ranger) has good wisdom, and could be multi-classed into a cleric fairly easily. But, since you're pretty close to being done, it doesn't seem that you'd get her to a very high level. Clerics are nice, but not 100% required.
