I believe they can be bought from Ribald Barterman (in the Adventurer Mart) in Waukeen's Promenade in Athkatla. That's the only place I can think of. Clear enough for you?

Yes, the 2 Scrolls can be bought from Ribald in the Adventurer's Mart in Waukeen's Promenade, and nowhere else

BTW, you couldn't find a more informative title for you Thread than "???", couldn't you ?
