Is there a way you can change bards or their weapons so the can use them? Ie at the mo a bard can't choose to take Longbow, howq ever can you change a long bow to Martial/bard weapon, or make it so that bards can choose?

The only way for a bard to be able to use a longbow is to either take the Martial Weapon Profiency or to be an Elf.
