over level 40?

i'm playing it solo for the first time now using a kensai/mage and now i've reached lvl 40 but can i go over it?
a friend told me there was a fix but where can i find it?

Would you even want to go over lvl 40 with a kensai/mage...? He should be incredibly powerful and unbalancing already.

and yes i do I want to see how high I can go while playing through both SoA and ToB

though from what I can understans this patch means i still can't go past lvl 50 right?

That's right... I don't think there are patches that takes you above lvl 50
