If I am not mistaken, the Anti Leech Program is one of the options that comes with Zone Alarm Pro. I use version 2.6.362 which is freeware. Could you maybe do a search in the Zone Alarm Control Center and turn off the option? I am quite sure it is there.

I'm sorry to cause confusion. What I mean is I turned my ZA pro 3 setting into high security setting. And when I try to DL file from some web site it somehow trigger antileech prog used by the website. :)

Ooooooooookay... sorry for asking the obvious too, you must have your reasons for such a high setting. But have you tried lowering the security settings to medium to see if it still triggers antileech? The anti leech prog would not be activated on medium settings IIRC.
