Bug with Blackrazor+ Improved haste?

Hello everyone, is there a bug with Blackrazor and Improved Haste? We all know what Blackrazor does..Strength+haste+heal. My char is a Kensai-Mage(12/20) with Celestial Fury/Blackrazor (3Attacks/round) wearing boots of Speed. STR 21 after the Tears. With Improved Haste I have 6 attacks/Round. Taking Minsc on, Blackrazor suddenly kicks in, Strength to 24, but I find myself slowing down even in the animation. Looking at the char screen I have 4 attacks/round(!). Worse, after the 20 seconds pass, I'm again back to 3 attacks/round. (My Improved Haste should have lasted 20 rounds..). Does casting haste on an improved hasted char lower his attacks/round permanently? Is this an issue only with Blackrazor or throughout the game? If it is, why would a fighter/mage EVER use Blackrazor?

Never had that happen, but then again I dont think I ever did that particular combination. No help here, sorry.

hmm, this might be a haste stacking bug, you stacked haste with improved haste. that might be what caused a bug (and even worse you can't undo the normal haste spell since it's going to be in effect from the boots giving you it).

I think it's a common issue, I remember someone saying Blackrazor messes up even Greater Whirlwind. Don't know if it can be fixed other than editing the ability out of the sword (since by the time you get it plain haste is rarely used anymore) using IEEP
