Druid/monk vs. Mage/fighter

Druid/monk vs. Mage/fighter

Lets say the Druid/monk is lvl 17/3 and the Mage/fighter is also lvl 17/3. The druid has monk equipment wich upgrades his AC and the mage/fighter has average fighter equipment.
If they would use protections and combat spells on themselves and would shapeshift into a red dragon (using the lvl 9th spell), who would win? And what damage would they do?
