Cowboy Bebop
Cowboy Bebop
For all you anime fans, if you haven't seen this yet, see it! This is one of the greatest anime's, no, stories I have ever seen! Just thought I'd share...
See you around, space cowboy
Ditto to that.
Cowboy Bebop rocks. I used to watch it every weekend on Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim (Before the %@$&*# cable company took the channel from me).

Nature’s first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf’s a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf’s a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

it's a space-western-modern-drama-romance-adventure-comedy-mystery-cops&robb...oh heck. i'll just blatently copy most of the back of the 1st session....
Jazz agers, flower children, lost generation, beatniks, rockers, punks, nerds, hackers, lovers, generation X - whatever the designation, there have always been outlaws in our society who live in pursuit of autonomy.
At times they are revered for their roles as pioneers, challenging the unknown; other times people consider them lawless desperadoes and a dangerous presence.
Yet, really, it is only their exuberant music and an autonomy founded to express opinions different from those of others that set them apart from the rest of society.
The year 2071 AD. That future is now. Driven out of their terrestrial eden, humanity chose the stars as the final frontier.
With the section-by-section collapse of the former nations a mixed jumble of races and peoples came. They spread to the stars, taking with them the now confused concepts of freedom, violence, illegality and love, where new rules and a new generation of outlaws came into being. People refered to them as Cowboy Bebops....
a good cowboy bebop site
though. forget watching it dubbed. the dubbing is absolutely terrible. it must be watched subtitled.

“Caw, Caw!” The call of the wild calls you. Are you listening? Do you dare challenge their power? Do you dare invade? Nature will always triumph in the end.

Cowboy BeBop has always been one of my favorites. I have every episode on DVD, and even have little super-deformed chibi dolls of Ed, Faye, Spike and Ein ( I did have Jet, but my dog ate it.
)
It definetly gets my highest rating... Though, I really hate the way it ended.

I thought the ending was excellant! So different from most animes. Bebop got me so involved. The only other things that get me this involved are good books.
Hey, I cried at the very end, but when Faye started to remember things again, I thought that was just hokey.
I still hated the end.

I agree, Cowboy Bebop is the best anime i have seen. I cried at the end, something very few films and books have been able to make me do.
If I asked, would you answer? Its your problem. Its a deep, deep problem. I have no way to ask about that... I have no elegant way of stepping into your heart without tracking in filth. So I will wait. Someday, when you want to tell me, tell me then. -Bleach
I don't think the memory coming back was hoky. It was plot intergral for Faye.Originally posted by Aqua-chan

The end, though, no matter how you splice it, was simply amazing.
